What products do you offer?

We sell downloadable digital cut files and graphic designs for print and sublimation. Custom and personalized graphics are available, as well as finished products such as t-shirts, tumblers, mugs, and home goods.

How do custom orders work?

You can request personalized designs for digital files or finished products by contacting us with your ideas and preferences.

What file formats are available?

Downloadable graphics come in SVG, PNG, PDF and DXF format, perfect for crafting and printing, ensuring compatibility with most design software.

How long is delivery?

Most digital files are available immediately after purchase. Custom files are generally ready in 24-48 hours. Processing time for personalized physical items is variable dependent upon availability, but they typically ship within 7-10 business days. You will receive communication throughout the process.

Processing vs Shipping

"Processing" is the time required to design, make and pack your custom order. "Shipping" is the time it takes to be delivered to you. Keep in mind that digital files are downloaded, and you will not receive a shipment.

Where is my download?

Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email with a link to download your purchased digital product. It will go to your default download folder on whatever device you are using. Your download link is available for 7 days.

Why can't I find my SVG file?

If you have unzipped your downloaded folder and cannot see an SVG file, it may appear as an HTML file or an unknown file type. It is still an SVG and will upload to your cutting machine. Your computer just can't read it or open it.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature, downloadable files are non-refundable. Custom orders are generally non-returnable unless damaged in shipment or due to seller error. We will work with you on an individual basis in an effort to resolve the issue.
